This is a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOST required to hold your package. The remaining value will be due upon pickup in December when processing has taken place. 
 
50lbs per package $10/lb = total value $500 
 
Packages come mixed with approximately 50:50 split between burger the other cuts including steaks and roasts, ribs, etc. 
 
If you have interest in special items such as sausage or organ meat, be sure to contact us before the end of November to reserve.
